Sophos Mobile Control Is Randomly Deleting Exchange Accounts from Users Phones Without Reason

We are relatively new to SMC, and have been rolling it out to about 100 users over the last 4 months.  We are using it to push Exchange accounts to user's cell phones.  Everything has been working fine, until today, when SMC started deleting the Exchange accounts from about 20 phones.  We do not have any settings enabled for any users that dictate Exchange accounts be removed or disabled, for any reason.  All of our non-compliance settings are just on a notify only setting.

This is happening on both Android and iOS devices.  I cannot find anything in the logs in the Sophos Cloud web interface for these devices that indicates this was done.  But if open the SMC app on the phone itself, I see i the logs where the Exchange account was deleted.

This has really become an urgent issue for us, as we have some employees travelling internationally who have been affected.  Despite opening a ticket this morning, I cannot seem to get any reply from tech support, so trying all avenues.  Has anyone dealt with this before?
