Hello,
when I follow the KB118792 and change the "Max. synchronization Gap" setting to 6 hours or 12 hours the phones sill sync no more often than every 24 hours.
I have this problem in two different environments and also opened a support case (#5653829) but the technician stated that he needs the iPhone logs to investigate further, what is impossible for us at the moment.
He also said, that the sync is "fired off from the phone" what cannot be correct regarding to KB119797 and also from what I experienced since SMC v2.5.
Does anyone else have the same issue or is there any other way to set the synchronization interval?
