Turns Ringer Down to silent

i have found while using this AV on Android 4.1.2 galaxy note 2 verizon. it turns down the ringer even if you have the volume set all the way up, making me miss calls. had to unintall until this is fixed.

i also have a galaxy s4 and it does the same thing. not sure if this is limited to samsung phones. 

can someone please provide feedback as to when this issue will be addressed?

    Hi hydrosolve,

    there is a bug within the Samsung API which results in the state, that the devices stay muted.

    We implemented a workaround, which obviously does not work for your device.

    Can you tell me, what kind of S2 you have?
    There is a specific model information at "Settings -> device information -> Model" (e.g. gt-i9100)
    Please note that the wording on the settings might be different.
