SMC 6.0.5 how enroll Apple devices without Apple ID

Question

Hello, 
 I need to manage about 200 Apple devices but I do not want to create a new Apple ID for everyone. Devices need to be already registered and managed in SMC before assigned to end users. I cannot use a single management Apple ID to setup devices as I do not want users to be promted for an Apple ID password that they will not know. Is Apple Configurator the only option? With SCM 4 I was able to push SCM client with no need of Apple Confgurator at all, it seems from version 5 this is not possibile

 this will be possible again as of Sophos Mobile Control 6.1 which is currently scheduled for mid May. Best reards Stefan
