Enrolment Failed for iOS device

Hi,

Have recently setup a new Sophos Mobile Control environment, however when trying to enrolll first device, we are seeing Enrollment/Activation Failed error on the device.

And the following in the Server log:

com.sophos.mobilecontrol.server.clientapi.app.v1.enrollment.EnrollmentBean] (default task-453) responding request with status 200


Any idea what this error code means? and what can be done to resolve?

    status 200 means that everything is okay.
    However, the must be another error within the log file which might indicate what is going wrong.
    Maybe the details of the enrollment task are showing more information?
