(FIXED) Device Encryption

ok so i decided to down load and install your product, and setup device encryption as was the reason for choosing this app, but now 6+ hrs latter my phone is still siting at " Android is starting "  screen so my question is how long dose it take to encrypt it?

S6 32gig

EDIT:

FIXED.

after about 13-14 hrs., I decided to do a hard reset on the device, and all seams to be good now.

    Hello,

    Sophos Mobile Security does not bring its own encryption. All it does is bring you to the settings of the operating system regarding encryption.

    So we cannot assist in any encryption related issues. You would have to contact the vendor of the device to get assistance.
