Cannot add Advanced License Key in Licence Settings - MODULE INVALID

Question

Hello! 
 We have purchased some advanced Licenses for our SMC 5.1. 
 Wenn i add the new Key in the Advanced Licensce Key Field an klick on activate a Popup is shown shortly on the Console saying "Module Invalid" 
 In the server.log i find the following entries:

 Can somebody help me or should i directly contact Sophos Support ?

Hi Stefan, 
 
it might be that you are entering the wrong key into the field. 
For SMC there are two different activation keys: A "Mobile Control (Key)" and a "Mobile Control Module". 
 
Please make sure you entered the "Mobile Control (Key)" into the "Standard license key" field and the "Mobile Control Module" key into the "Advanced license key" field. 
 
If the issue persists, please proceed as suggested by PepijnDerieut.
