Mobile encryption profile

After updating Sophos Mobile Control to 4.0.4 I'm missing the Mobile Encryption configuration profile to define the Encryption App settings.

Any suggestions where to find or enable it?

    Hi,

    at first, you require an Advanced license key which has to be entered and activated as a super administrator.
    To do this, go to "System setup | License" and enter the license key there if not already done.

    After that is done, go to the "Home" view, and edit the SMC customer in question. Make sure the "Advanced licenses" checkbox is marked. 

    Once that is done, you should be able to configure the profile for iOS devices.
