Sophos MDM installation question

When I run the Mobile control system properties check, it passes every item except in cannot connect to the SMC service center.

Any ideas?

We had the same issue. To resolve this, since we were behind a proxy, we had to open up a direct connection to the service center address in the documentation in our firewall to bypass our proxy.

We fixed it. Seems there was a rule in their firewall to blocak all traffic to Germany. I didn't releize that is where the Sophos server resides.
