pass word

I have installed sophos on my mobile SAMSUNG GALAXY. The problem is that SOPHOS asks for a pass word I don't know. The pass word I gave doesn't work at all. So I cannot reach the applications of my mobile.
what can I do ?

    Hello,

    if you created an App Protection recovery key during setup, you can use that to disable the app protection.

    If you did not there is no way to deactivate it.

    Please note: Circumventing the App Protection somehow (except for the given recovery paths) would mean a big security hole and is therefore not implemented.
