Having a problem when I decommission an Android device. We are using Samsung Galaxy s III's. When I decommision the device, it does deactivate the connection to the server so emails cannot be sent or received, but it does not delete the account, so emails on the device can still be accessed. In contract, on iOS, the whole account is deleted, like it was never there.
Is there a way to make SMC delete the Exchange account on the Galaxy in the same way was iOS. We would really like to be able to get rid of that account on a phone remotely without having to wipe the entire device, which is not an option with BYODs.
