SSp url is wrong

After upgrading from 2.02 to 3, my ssp url ,https://server.company.com/ssp, which was user name , password, keeps pulling up

 https://server.company.com/ssp/template/layout.jsf. which had the customer, user and password fields.

Users can not log in.

How can I change this ?

    Hi jpool,

    all versions of Sophos Mobile Control are having the "/template/layout.jsf" included in the SSP-URL. So you issue does not depend on your URL in use.

    However, as of Sophos Mobile Control 2.5 we have introduced the "Customer" field for the Self Service Portal as there were some issues to correctly assign devices if just username and password were used.

    Therefore, each user has now to specify the SMC customer he belongs to.
    If you do not want your users to do this, youu can alternatively also predefine this field if you only have one SMC customer.

    The steps to predefine the customer can be found in our knowledge base article 117744 which you can find here.
