    Hi martial,

    within the customer field you enter the name of your Sophos Mobile Control customer.

    This could be a super administrator customer which you create during the installation of Sophos Mobile Control or a customer created by the super administrator within the Sophos Mobile Control web console.


    As the customer name is defined by the administrator of SMC, I cannot tell you what you have to enter,
    The administrator of Sophos Mobile Control should be able to tell you the customer name.
