System Property Checks Http/Https

Durring Installation of Sophos Mobile Control, the System Property Checks reports a failed status for "The HTTP/HTTPS Ports 80 and 443 are available on this computer.  I have insured that the ports are open on the firewall and have a static Nat statement on the router to make the ports publically available.  I'm not sure what I need to do here.  Can anyone help?

    Sophos support helped me find this answer.  The server that SMC is installed on can't have any service or application that listens or usses port 80 or 443.  The command netstat -aon lists the ports that are in use and sure enough, a system process was listening on Port 80.  It took a while to discover that MSSQL Reporting Services listens on port 80.  Once I stopped the service and disabled its start up, System Property Checks all "Passed"
