Adding devices to Mobile Control Error

Question

I am trying to add devices to the mobile control, but am receving "The server license does not allow more devices. Please contact your administrator". Having had a look round it seems that my license.sql could be the issue. But I am not sure how to resolve the issue??

Hi Rob, on the Dasboard page just above the device status table, license information is shown. On my account it looks like this: Registered devices: 7 Licensed devices: 20 License valid until: unlimited Read this, that 7 out of your total license of 20 are used. 13 additional devices can be added. If you have 20 devices registered, you cannot add any further devices. Of your license has an end date, and has expired, you can also no longer add devices to the system. If your existing devices can sync with the server (sync within the app and check for last sync date in the device list), the URL is correct.
