Windows Phone 8 Registration Failed

Moin Zusammen,


Der SMC Server wird momentan erfolgreich mit iOS und Android Geräten verwendet. Nun sollen Windows Phone 8 Geräte möglich sein. Gerät anlegen, Sophos APP installieren und auch via QR Code aus der Mail configurieren funktioniert perfekt (kein Self-Signed Cert).

Sobald man Schritt 3 tätigt kommt man nicht weiter. Im Bereich "Unternehmensbereich/Workspace" lässt sich das Konto nicht wie beschrieben hinzufügen.

Test gerät ist ein Nokia Lumia 930

    Hi Marten,

    this error means that the server did not find an enrollment task with the credentials the user typed in on the device.
    In this particular case it was related to the encoding of the SMC customer name.
