we are wanting to migrate our on-premise sophos mobile (server ver. 9.7.3) to Sophos Central but we have multiple customers setup with hundreds of devices and users in each.
Is it possible to migrate all customers over to Sophos Central? if not is there a way to merge the customers prior to migrating?

Thank you for reaching out to our Community Forum. If you are wanting to migrate several on-premise customers into one Sophos Central customer, unfortunately, it is currently not possible. Each on-premise Sophos Mobile customer requires a separate Sophos Central account. It doesn't seem like merging the customers prior to migrating is also possible. What you can do is utilize the Sophos Central Enterprise Dashboard to manage several Sophos Central accounts. You'll also find this information in the following article:
