Why I can't integrate my mobile to Sophos central?

Hello

I'm trying to add a mobile device to Sophos central with the option full device management and I get this error "Wrong management mode. you can only use this QR code to enroll an Android Enterprise device. Please contact IT". So I need some help with this issue.

    Thanks for reaching out to the Sophos Community Forum.

    Could you let me know if the device you're trying to enroll in Sophos Mobile has been factory reset and is on the initial setup screen? This is required when you wish to manage a device under the "Full Management" mode. 

    If you do not wish to factory reset the device, you can use "Work Profile".
