Sophos Mobile Device CSV Import

Hi All,

I wonder if anyone can help, Im not to sure what im doing wrong.

I downloaded the example.csv from the mobile devices side.

But after filling in the fields and importing them, I get this :

Corrupt entries: 1

Then I dont seem to see the device, I gather its because of the above issue.

    Hi Ryan,

    Thanks for reaching out to the Sophos Community Forum.

    I suggest changing the "Operating system" to "windowsdesktop" to see if this works. I see this is the default value populated in the Example CSV.

    When checking on devices that were not imported via CSV but added through normal enrollment, I see the following. The values will be replaced once the device checks in to the Sophos Mobile dashboard after the enrollment completes.
