Apple Zertifikat in Sophos Mobile hochladen

Hallo zusammen,

Benjamin Goldberger

  • Hello BenGol_BP,

Thank you for reaching out to the Sophos Community.

I would like to ask if you’re using "Sophos Mobile Control" in Sophos Central, or if you’re using the SaaS or On-Premise versions of SMC?

If you were to re-try these steps from a different device, are the results any different? The format of the certificate that is obtained from the Apple APNs portal should be the same as required by SMC in Central.

  • Hello Qoosh,

    we are

using "Sophos Mobile Control" in Sophos Central

    Best regards.

  • Could you try the following steps?

    - Go to: Apple Setup > APNs
    - Select "APNs certificate wizard"
    - Select "Use a new APNs certificate..."
    - Download CSR
    - Click Next
    - Select "Create certificate on the Apple portal"
    - Authenticate into APNs Portal
    - Select "Renew" on the existing certificate you have
    - Choose File > Select the "CSR" file downloaded
    - Select "Download"
    - Return to SMC and select "Next" > "Upload Certificate"

Let me know if this process works for you.
