Hi,
Trying to update iOS through Sophos Mobile, have followed the guide in the link below but when I get to Actions > Show Available Updates part, I do not see the option for "Show Available Updates".

The phones are all iPhones, mostly XR model and the affected devices are on 14.8, trying to update them to 15.0.
I tried creating a new Task bundle with only the update iOS task, but the task Completely Fails.
