Android Enterprise Device Enrolment

hello, we are trying to enrol devices via afw#sophos, the enrol never completed once the qr code is scanned.

i have a bundle setup with device enrolment and a device policy applied. it never seems to talk back to the server never becomes managed. see screen shot after 24 hours waiting. connected with full 4g

mdm device enrolment for android and apple manually and dep all is working fine.

can anyone suggest anything?

  • This Appears to be fixed, it seems you cannot present an enrolment task bundle from super admin. you must create an enrolment task bundle within each container and enrol using that. you can present a policy set from super admin and present it to containers and that does work but must create the enrolment task bundle within the container.

  • Had the same challenge doing an MDM rollout to 300 android phones of mixed variety. We got the users to create their own google accounts or we set them up individually. It was a pain in the ass.

    Ideally you want to use Android Enterprise but just be careful because the enterprise enrollment is only supported by a handful of devices and carriers.
