Encoding Error AS997 when accepting an appointment

Hello,

does anybody know this issue?

It pops up when you accept or decline a Appointment

Hello,

I have the same error on my Iphone (IOS 14.6) when I create a meeting in Sophos Email (8.32.3).

The meeting is created in my exchange calendar but not sent to the invited contacts.
