Ios updates on compliance rules to only apply to Supervised devices

recently i read that this can be added as a compliance rule and only applies to supervised devices, yet reading the release notes this is not listed, is this still and option? also i dont see Disable sleep mode in the list of ios restrictions.

    Hi 

    We are currently checking with the concerned team to update the latest patch release documentation. With the updated version release of SMC 9.6.5, devices with iOS 14 and later you have to exclude unsupervised devices from the Mandatory OS updates compliance rule. These devices don’t report available iOS updates.
