Sophos Secure Email - Anhang fehlt

The question again: When will the problem be solved? The support is very bad. We pay a lot of money for Sophos MDM and we are looking for a new partner soon.

I have checked this case and the engineer has tried to reach you in order to troubleshoot the issue further where advanced Sophos Secure Email logs were required so that the case can be escalated to our Global escalation team. The case seems to have been closed as there was no response. I would request you to open a new case referencing the older one, and I will put a note for the engineer on the same.

For 3 months and still no solution to this problem. Shameful !!!

I've been told it has been resolved in the next release due in April.

At the end or at the beginning of April? Is there in the meantime an exact date for the next release? We have the problem now for more than 4 months. This is really a very bad performance from Sophos.

It is already the middle of April !!! When exactly will the app be updated so that attachments can be opened again?

Hi Jens, we are looking for a new MDM-partner. We pay a lot of money for Sophos and its bad MDM solution and get no support.

We would have expected at least an answer to our question when the update is available. Very poor support.

Sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Our Global escalation team is still working on this issue and will be fixed in an upcoming release. We will be updating more information once we have more information about the exact version release information. 

and when will it be ? Date please... have sold as sophos partner mobile Adv whats not cheap. and a 6 month old error is till now not fixed ! My customers are asking why !

Sophos promised April, but didn't say the year. Probably April 2022 ;-)

Very sad that the paying customers have to wait so long for a problem to be solved.

This is a joke !! April is over and still no update. You still can't open attachments. 
I am totally disappointed with Sophos and will tell everyone in my professional environment. 
That is a case for the trade press.
