you have to try this

• Make sure the device is currently connected to your Plume network.
• Open the Settings app, then tap on Wi-Fi.
• Tap on the information button next to your Plume network.
• Tap on the Use Private Address toggle to turn it off, a privacy warning will pop up krogerfeedback.com survey
