What is the error you are seeing while you sync the device?
With activated and working VPN the sync inside the Sophos Mobile app is not possible on several devices ("sync failed, connection could not be established, please try later")
No errors to found in the server log. Also the APN are not reachable ...
Until one week ago everything was working fine.

Updating to Sophos Mobile 9.5 is possible from version 8.5 or higher. Sophos Mobile Control (SMC) client applications should be updated to the most recent version before the update to prevent any communication issues.
