Policy for Sophos Mobile MAC OS in "applying" state forever

I created and applied a firewall policy using Sophos Mobile for MAC OS on a IMAC device.

When I list the applied policies on this device, I do see that the said policy is applied. However, the status of the policy is in the "applying" state forever.

Do I need to take any additional action in Sophos Mobile control plane to finish the application of the policy ? If so, what steps do I need to take?

How long will the state of the policy be in the "applying" state?

Can you please try going to Devices> Select your Mac device > Actions > Refresh data and then check if it stays in the applying state or not?

Hi

I had performed this, but it did not help.

On my MAC OS device, how can I confirm from MAC whether the Sophos Mobile agent is running fine. Is there any logging ?

I do not see Sophos Mobile or any related processes listed on the Sophos Endpont Self Help application. I do not see any Sophos mobile app under applications in MAC OS
