Is Tutuapp safe for Android?

Hello. I am in need of some information about TutuApp. This is an application to help download games and paid apps. But I am not comfortable using TutuApp. Because, it's not safe. How do you feel. Can give me ideas.

You can request here for increasing app reputation if at all you see that Sophos is unaware of the app or is yet to be analyzed.
