hi, how acces to self service portal? what is the url?

i am noob in this program

i see the options but i dont see how access it

Hola, pensaba que era como "Sophos Central". Según eso parece que tienes que instalarlo en un servidor local.
He visto que hay que activar la opcion con algun usuario y aparece esta url: https://cloud.sophos.com/idp/authenticate?backtrack=/manage/self-service segun he visto en este articulo: https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/124968

Hi, I thought it was like "Sophos Central." According to that it seems that you have to install it on a local server.
I have seen that you have to activate the option with some user and this url appears: https://cloud.sophos.com/idp/authenticate?backtrack=/manage/self-service as I have seen in this article: https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/124968

If you are referring to Sophos Central Mobile, then the article you have linked is correct.

Were you able to log in to the Self Service portal?
