Move from on-premise to cloud

IPsec

Hi,

our customer is using SMC Advance as on-premise solution.This server should be removed.

In future he wants to use the cloud solution.

How can i migrate the devices from on-premise to cloud?

Is there a migration tool for this projekt available?

    Hi IPsec,

    We currently do not have any documents on migrating from Sophos Mobile on premise to Sophos central Mobile. The best way to achive this would be be unenroll and remove from the on-premise and re-enroll the Sophos central mobile control on the unenrolled devices(Clean devices).

    Provided you are using Sophos Mobile control 8.0 or higher, you can use the export functionality.
