Delete Safari Home Screen Shortcuts?

Hello, 
 Is it possible with SMC to deploy a policy that remove a Safari home screen shortcuts that users created (not Web clip)?

 I don't beleivewe have any option to delete the screenshot however you can use the Sophos Mobile control restrcition configuration to prevent the user's from taking screenshots.
