Sophos Mobile 8.1 drains battery on Android device, possibly on other devices too

Hello.

 

Using Sophos Mobile 8.1 I have noticed that my Android device's battery drains very quickly. Is it an issue with this version of Sophos Mobile or is there something else?

    Hi Yasna,

    I and my colleagues at Sophos have been using Sophos Mobile 8.1 on Android Smartphones, but so far we haven’t observed this. However, I cannot guarantee that it would never happen. To dig deeper into this we would need a Support case with a SMC App log files attached.
