SMC Updating Liscence fails

Question

Hello Community, 
 
 I just tried to update our SMC (6.1.4.)standard licence but it just says it cant send the request.

Our SMC Server is an a DMZ which I actually didnt build. Do I have to free up Ports or Domains for that Server on the Firewall/Proxy?

Hi David, 
 To check the license the SMC Server connects via https to services.sophosmc.com. Maybe this is blocked by the Firewall in your network. 
 Note: https connections to services.sophosmc.com are only used for iOS App push, Windows App Push, License Key Activation and Reporting. If you are using Android via GCM devices you may not have this issue.
