'Genieo' has been quarantined as adware/PUA. Automatic clean-up has failed and Sophos is saying that manual clean-up is required. The file path is /Volumes/ProntoInstaller/ProntoInstaller.app/Contents/MacOS/ProntoInstaller. On the assumption that I could manually clean-up if I located the file and deleted it, I've managed to find 'Volumes', but not the rest of the file path. Haven't been able to create a custom scan. No expert and keen to get rid! Can anybody assist? Many thanks in advance. Paddy
