Kaseya VSA Sophos plugin issues. Prompts me to login to Kaseya again.

After installing the Kaseya VSA Sophos plugin it prompts me to login to Kaseya again. However when i do it tells me to contact kaseya support. I am not using the on prem version,d oes this plugin not work for the SaaS(kaseya hosted) version of VSA?

 

 

Any and all assistance would be greatly appreciated.

  • Hello, thank you for working with us through the early access portion of this plugin.  I am sorry you are having this issue.  The plugin is designed to be used either as on-prem or hosted.  Could you please send me a direct message to let me know your Kaseya host server and Sophos entity name?  We will begin investigation of this immediately.
