With the .34 release on Saturday the 24th of August 2021 there will be some improvements and bug fixes to our PSA integrations.
Improvements:
- We will be renaming cryptic product SKUs to more recognizable product names that are pushed into partners Product catalogue for Sophos Products
- This will hopefully eliminate the behavior of partner's renaming products within the catalogue that causes usage sync failures
- Updates to Product Names Containing EDR functionality to align with the rebranding to XDR
- Eliminating proration line items in monthly Autotask bills
Bug Fixes
- We will shorten product catalogue names below 31 characters that were causing sync issues with QuickBooks billing
- We have pushed a fix to correct the issue where products with MTR were randomly being swapped between Endpoint with MTR and Server with MTR on manual syncs
- This will require the partner to do a one time rename of the product within their catalog to the correct product name in our cataloge.
