According to the answer in this Ticket: Email Banners in Shared Mailboxes do not have the block / allow sender options. They need it. the function isn't available on shared mailboxes.
According to our customer, the function was there a few weeks ago but suddenly disappeared and I couldn't get it to work again.
Is the only solution to convert the shared mailbox to a normal one?
