Is there is a way to recover deleted emails for blocked domain?

Hi,

There was a domain that we accidently blocked its domain. I have checked its domain and found many emails were deleted by Sophos. 

After allowing that domain, is there a way to recover those deleted emails?

    Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community.

    Once the emails have been deleted/blocked/rejected there’s no way to recover them as the emails will stop existing in the system.
