Is it possible to have an Outbound relay configuration with the Azure/AWS Mail server deployment?

Hi Team,

Basically, I have a mail server on Azure and AWS, but I am unable to configure outbound relay for the Central Email.  Central Outbound relay server doesn't accept connection on any Port except 25 and Port 25 is blocked for AWS and Azure.

Is there any solution for this type of hybrid scenario?
