Sophos email and gmail

We use Gmail and I have just started to implement Sophos Email. Why do we need to use Sophos for email protection when we can get most of this from gmail?

I recommend the following features to be active: All!! ;-) But in special, take a look at these:

Time-Of-Click

Intelix Threat Analysis

Impersonation Protection

maybe message encryption

Has Google kind of these? I don't think so...
