How to block disposable /temporary email services

If you meant to say the Domains that are like "10 minutes mail" you could use the Global Allow/Block to block these domains.

Currently Central Email, doesn't have an option to detect temporary/disposable emails and block them. That would be a feature request that you can add in the following link: https://ideas.sophos.com/forums/428821-sophos-central
