Sophos Email Web Portal Encryption

My organization would like to test this before implementing; can you switch between web portal (Pull) and Push encryption? Will this adversely affect anyone who has received a secure email using the push method prior to the change? Is there any documentation that includes screenshots of the portal so I can send instructions to our staff?

    Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community.

    The Portal Encryption is mostly for the recipient of the organization to where you’re sending the email.

    You can switch the encryption method, users that received an email while using the Portal, will still be able to access it, but no new emails from your organizations will show in the Portal, the Portal keeps any email your organization sent to that user for 30 days.

    I am actually working on a Recommended Read with some screenshots focused on the end users. I hope to publish it by the end of this week.
