Sophos Central Email Security O365

Question

Hi All, 
 Perhaps some one can be so kind to enlighten me to this, How does the flow work for Sophos email security once the MX record had been changed. 
 Do all mails for that domain go to Sophos for filtering , Then to the office 365 mailboxes then get released ?

Yes Central will accept your Email and forward them to O365. Its a MTA Service with API Integration to interact with the mail server after a detection (search and destroy).
