DKIM Questions

Hello All,

I have configured DKIM in Sophos Central and have added the entry in Godaddy. My question is what do I do with the DKIM settings in Office 365. 

In O365 I still have that DKIM enabled and the entry is also in my GoDaddy. What should I do with those?

    Hi ,

    Apologies for the delayed response!

    If DKIM is configured on both Sophos Central Email and O365, it’ll break the outbound email flow since the last hop could change the email in a way that would invalidate the hashes created by the previous hop. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.
