You are not Sophos Staff.
How can we setup our email encryption to have a flag or an icon that will identify the email as encrypted when looking at the sent items folder? Our old encryption program has a padlock icon next to the encrypted email that quickly tells us that that email was sent encrypted.

Apology for the confusion it appears that I've shared with you a wrong information about the said product. the said feature isn’t yet available to Sophos central email. Also as advised by my colleague on this community post, A feature request is needed.
