Smart banners vs sender checks

Hi all, are troubleshooting a scenario with possible wrong marked banners to email and wonders about this feature; will smart banners only be tagged based on the active choices in sender check? Meaning if only Dmark are selected in Sender Check, will then Smart banners only use Dmark for marking a message yellow instead of amber?

Thanks, this was information of interests. Unfortunately our issue is related to the amber banner, does this still check for all DNS verification and/or do this depend on what is active set in sender verification?
