Sophos Server blocking outbound emails from domain

I have an issue where Sophos server is blocking 1 particular email from our domain. Only from sending outbound email.

The email has been added into the allowed list and the blocked emails are not in the Quarantined email. Its outbound email is also not recorded in the logs or reports in the email gateway.

The bounced email is from hydra.sophos server. May I know how to resolve this issue?

Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community!

You would need to open a ticket with Technical Support, so they can analyze the logs from the backend to see why that specific email isn’t being delivered.

And just to clarify is this an inbound email (being sent to you) or outbound (you sending this email out)?
