i know this is really simple but how do i reset my password to access an email attachment i have been sent via sophos?

    Hi Neil,

    There should be a section in the email body that mentions "Forgot your password? Visit password recovery"

    If you can't recover your password you might have to reach out to Sophos Support by raising a ticket.
