Delay in receiving Email Quarantine notification

receiving quarantine email notification after 12hrs, where we missing some important emails.

what would be the cause of receiving email notification too late.

You are talking about Central Email?

Did the normal Email Flow worked fine in this time?

Is it a direct Email Setup?

yes in central email, normal email flow is working fine as expected.

is it direct email setup ? that i am not sure..
